Marshall Johnson
Founder and Executive Director
Marshall Johnson launched Greenville’s Gift in 2016 after seeing a need in the community and feeling a pull to help. Originally from Mississippi, Marshall is the mother of two young children - who love to help with Greenville’s Gift! - and is married to Townes, a Greenville native. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt University and has worked in the nonprofit sector. In addition to leading Greenville’s Gift, Marshall is active in her church and her children's school.
Caroline Andrew
Board Member
Caroline is a native of Augusta, GA and made Greenville her home after graduating from Wofford College. She works as a Consumer and Commercial Lender at Fifth Third Bank and is involved in United Way of Greenville County and other community organizations. She enjoys being active whether it’s hitting the gym, going for a hike, or a nice stroll on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. She can be caught in a local coffee shop on the weekends planning her next adventure around the world. Caroline brings tremendous financial acumen to Greenville’s Gift and is also involved with our strategic event planning.
Amanda Banks
Board Member
Amanda has called Greenville home for the past 15 years. She is originally from Dallas, TX and graduated from Furman University and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary with her Masters in Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing at Greenville Counseling Associates. She is a mom of three active boys and can often be found on the sideline at a variety of her boy’s sporting events in conversation with other parents. Amanda is serving as a liaison between Community Partners and Greenville’s Gift and has a heart for helping moms navigate their postpartum journeys. She is also active with her church, children’s school and other organizations. She is excited to be apart of Greenville’s Gift Board and help serve women in the Greenville Community.
Kacey Eichelberger, MD
Board Member At Large
Dr. Kacey Eichelberger is a mom of three, Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Prisma Health, and instructor at the USC School of Medicine, Greenville. As a practicing OBGYN, Kacey sees firsthand the incredible need in our community that many of us are completely unaware of. She has been instrumental in connecting Greenville’s Gift to the organizations in our community who serve expectant mothers and young families.
Molly Jones
Board Member
Molly is a native of the Upstate and is thrilled for the opportunity to serve her community as head of the Preschool Ambassador Program for Greenville's Gift. As a mom of two, she is passionate about making sure mothers and babies have what they need to get started in their new lives together. Molly graduated from Clemson University and works in marketing for a local Greenville business. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family, playing tennis, and volunteering at church.
Laurie Koch
Board Member
Laurie Koch is a Greenville native and mom of two boys. She is a graduate of Clemson University and has a professional background in healthcare and nonprofit marketing and digital communications. With Greenville’s Gift, she oversees website development, social media, communications and more. When she’s not behind her computer, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her boys’ schools, reading and playing tennis.
Allison Lazarus
Board Member
Allison, originally from Atlanta, happily calls Greenville home, where she lives with her husband, David, and their two daughters. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a finance degree and has a professional background in commercial insurance. Recently, she has taken pleasure in managing social media accounts and creating graphic designs for nonprofits. Allison is excited to be part of Greenville's Gift, a cause that aligns with her passion for bringing joy to others in times of need. In her free time, she enjoys going for a run or walk outside, exploring new restaurants, and diving into a good book.
Drew Nelson
Board Member
Drew is a native of Mobile, Alabama and recently moved to Greenville from Montgomery, Alabama with his fiancée Joleen. He is an Epidemiologist and Managing Consultant with Guidehouse, focusing on health policies including healthy birth initiatives, health equity, and improving population health. He is also a Fraternity Advisor at Auburn University. In his free time he enjoys traveling, mentoring, enjoying new restaurants, and spending time on the water.
Ashley Praytor
Board Member
Ashley is a mom of three (and dog mom of two), a native of Aiken, and works as a surgical device representative. Ashley is actively involved at Westminster Presbyterian Church, her children’s school, and other organizations including Greenville’s Gift. She enjoys being outside with her family playing sports, hiking, going to the beach, and cheering for her college football team, the Gamecocks! Ashley heads up Greenville’s Gift’s Neighborhood Ambassador program. She is thrilled to serve on this board and help make a difference.
Jada Samuel
Board Member
Jada Samuel is a Greenville native, University of South Carolina graduate, and Miss South Carolina 2023. Those who attended the Greenville’s Gift Tea Party with a Purpose in 2024 will recognize her as the dynamic keynote speaker with a gift and passion for empowering young women. Jada spent her year as Miss South Carolina implementing her community service initiative - Empowering Youth To Lead Through Mentorship. The mission is to encourage high self esteem, positive body image, a fit and healthy lifestyle and a grounded faith in Christ through events, scholarships and mentoring programs. Most recently, she launched Shaping Her Future – a career readiness community for college aged women. Jada is also the author of a children’s book called Joy On A Journey: Finding A Mentor. Jada will be heading up the Greenville’s Gift Junior Advisory Board program with the goal of empowering girls and teens to give back to their communities and develop a love of community service.
LaBruce Trammell
Board Member
LaBruce Trammell is a mother of three young boys, and a graduate of Clemson University with a professional background in marketing, public relations and event planning. Originally from South Carolina, she and her husband returned to Greenville (from Texas) two years ago. With Greenville's Gift, she is overseeing the vision and execution of our intergenerational fundraising event, Tea Party with a Purpose. LaBruce also serves with her church, her children's schools, and various local and international organizations. LaBruce enjoys "girl time", reading, traveling, celebrating others and spending time with her four guys. With a heart for women and our special Greenville community, LaBruce is honored to serve on the Greenville's Gift board.
